Tell us what mPF is missing

The app is just getting going and a small team builds it. If you're already a user, your message doesn't land in a mailbox: it gets read in full and it decides things. And if you're writing about support, press or a proposal, we're here too.

If you already use mPF, this is what helps most

You don't need to write a report or be polite with us. The most useful things are the specific ones: the exact moment something stopped you, what you went looking for and didn't find, the screen you stared at without understanding what it was telling you. One loose sentence is worth more than a “it's great, well done”.

  • What you expected to find in the app and isn't there
  • What made you hesitate when connecting the bank, if you hesitated
  • Which expense gets classified wrong again and again
  • What you'd use every week and doesn't exist yet
02

Why your message weighs more now than in a year's time

mPF is in its first months with few users. That means two things: your message is read by a person from start to finish, not by a ticket system, and we're still in time to move things around without breaking the app for thousands of people. When there are ten thousand users, changing a screen will be a product decision with meetings; today it's an afternoon's work.

  • A person reads it, not a ticket system
  • There's no committee: if it makes sense, it gets done
  • Today's decisions shape what comes after

If you're writing about something else

The same form works for support, press, partnerships or to tell us something has broken. The only thing we don't do is individual financial advice: mPF stopped providing it to focus on the product, and all the guidance is inside the app, free and with no waiting list.

  • Support and technical problems
  • Press, partnerships and proposals
  • Individual advice, no: it's inside the app
